I quite agree (maybe $18 is the limit for now), however this:

<< Revenue was down sequentially. >> while being correct seems to be seasonal thing for RATL. I checked their rev. record and the June quarter is normally weaker than March. But I agree with you that overall rev. has to grow. They also have increased Deferred Revenue which is positive.
