* OFF TOPIC * Humbly confess, Ram, that "reference" is based on vague recollection of something I read on the Motley Fool web site a long time ago, maybe a year or two. Everyone loves to slam "analysts", but they can be useful. Analyst downgrades and "sell" ratings in the semiconductor segment have been very reliable bottom indicators in the past! Kevin
