Thanks for the insight StaggerLee. I don't think MDIN is an internet scam although I was in an internet scam(GIFS) and didn't think it was a scam at the time either. Still, I hope I'm a bit wiser than before.
To address some of your points:
1) Why no gold after a year? It typically takes years from the time of discovery to full production-I think the company underestimated how long it would take
2)Why no audit yet? Who knows?
3)Why delay in NASD listing? Need $4 share to list-as you know-nowhere close to that.
4) # of shares of understanding? 28 million. A better question would have been how it came to be 28 million!
5) Why anybody would want to own this stock? Reward to risk ratio: it appears that the stock will go up greatly eventually if what the company says is true.
6) Company has no assets. Not true. They must have something-what about all the shares they have issued? They raised capital. They own gold properties in Chile.(I will admit, however, it is the same way must people own a home-in the banks name.)
7) Company is a vacent shell-Not ture. Somebody answers the phone must of the time!
8)Which of the regular posters are insider, which are sheep? I don' t know so I must be a sheep! Yikes. :)
