I also use that same charting site for some of my TA. If you go back over the trading for the last couple of months you can see the accumulation become apparent. As one of the posters said, it looks like we have had a saucer formation over the last year. That is a bullish formation according to O'Niell. I like the double bottom at around .18 that occured over this time. The buying lately has been very good. One of the things that I watch for also is how the spread is maintained between the bid and ask. MM's can play a lot of games with the spread to either have a good opportunity for trading or to induce selling. If you read some of the posts on market making you can see how the game is played. Most MM's want to make the spread as that becomes profitable for them as they can trade all day long and make their money. Other games can be played though and a good sign of short inventory IMO is a tight spread that keeps pace with a rising price. I also watch for MM's to lower their bid prices in an attempt to induce selling on little volume. This is one way that they look to cover any short position they may have due to a rapidly escalating price. Sometimes they get caught though when demand is very high and have to buy in. Its all part of the game. I still think that if more people buy than sell the stock price should reflect it. Its taken a long time to get to where we are now and the fundamentals are starting to come together. That should be the checks and balances against the TA and support the way that the stock is priced IMO.
