The cash was spent buying the holdings from an investor. I would be careful with this one. Why are earnings delayed? Why do the brokerage houses say stay away?

I sold everything at $13 and am concerned about getting back in.

I hope for the sake of current investors that this is not a dead cat bounce!!!
