New Flash........Is this the method of announcing financing.

If you are such an expert and have access to inside information, then answer this....On October 23, 1997 TALH announced via Business Wire that it secured a cimmitment for $150M debenture. Where is this money???

And by the way, where is all the other millions that Gene claims he raised during 1992 to present???.

Don't get me wrong, I hope that the financing is raised because Gene owes me and shareholders significant money. But Gene has a shady past, so lets deal with facts!!
