David,...All BANY...

A dear friend and career accountant....was on the conference call at my request. He owns a very small amount of BANY (less than 5k)

Here is his take.......

1. Projections of Dell sales for the last 5 months of this year came from Dell...not BANY.

2. BANY should be profitable and reporting by the end of September....and EARN 2 cents per share this year.

3. Based on Dell projections for Q4......rolling forward..1999 should bring...10 cents per share from Dell sales alone......I repeat...Dell sales alone.

4. Was impressed with Yost's knowledge of inventory control and cost containment/ business plan.

5. Was impressed with Yost's admitting that he should have done the audit stuff a year ago.....and agrees that "confirms" for an audit are very difficult to get 2 years after the fact.........and understands the delay.

6. Liked the attitude of doing buyouts based on book value.....

7. Thinks he also heard of a possible very large order...that, in it's self......would equal all of last year's sales....a bluebird.

8. 12 month price target may not be as crazy as it sounds......as 12 months will put us 2 quarters into 99....and should Dell sales alone be projected to be 10 cents per share......then a $ 3.00 share price would only represent a 30 price/earnings ratio.....which would be conservative for a company that is growing at 300% or better.

9. Says it all sounds very interesting.

Anyhow.....food for thought.
