Sergio and Harry...alas, I have no constructive observations to make. Anger won't move this stock north, notwithstanding the justified criticisms that abound. Management has to shoulder much of the responsibility for the loss of momentum since the merger. When the market was booming for small caps, ATPX got no boost whatever. And now with small caps taking a major hit, the problems seem much larger and more serious.

I think Harry's point about the Nasdaq listing difficulty is a good starting point. WHY is a company with ATPX's financials having such trouble getting listed?

And this morning's spread 9 7/8 x 11 7/8 is an unkind reminder that something has to be done. But what???
