Dear Sir: I have no idea who puts out this false information. It is
hogwash, and I won't even respond to it. "BB" stocks in general are not in favor right now. Why someone would sell after our earnings report is
confusing.

Wasn't it shortly when SPencer announced the company would no longer
need to dilute shares. What kind of a business man would use
that sort of verbage to the investor community? Raising needed
capital for expansion or something to the sort would have been
more appropriate. I remember reading a post about this money
was used for the China deal. Where did you get that information?
There are no financial reports here! This SPencer makes a comment
about BB stocks are not popular, and is diluting shares and taking
outright advantage of investors all along.

I got out yesterday, took my loss and will go on. I will stay
around to see what happens. If there are any illegal activities
that have indeed transpired, I hope there are investors with the
knowledge and resources to bring the crooks to justice if that is the
case. To all..Good luck and may the truth come out.
