Shadow,

I remember that. At that time I had made some money on LTGL as
I had sold 1/2 of what I owned. The remaining stock I took my
chances with. To make a long story short. I sold out today
and will run with my 3 cents! <g>

I won't stick around and wait on a RS myself, which is where it
looks like it is headed.

I personally didn't call the transfer agent. I'm selling on the
assumption the posted figures are correct. To each his own. Others
may want to check things out for themselves before they make a
decision.

I may not be back to attack this stock but will be watching. If
the facts are true as stated with the info and thoughts of the
thread over the last couple of days, I would be willing to join
in a suit against the company for fraud, &/or other illegal activity
that may be uncovered. But I am leaving the option open to come
back and "trash" this stock, to keep others from investing and
helping this company to continue to "take" investors money.

The above are only MY thoughts and Opinions.
