Av -- My "Dearest Pat" letter applies to you, too. I could dredge up your old statements about Crystallex being a "good investment opportunity" if you like, but I don't see the point. After 3,400+ postings over the last year, you've said it all. I've pointed out a number of examples from your library of investment advisories on another forum and I don't feel like doing it again.
Besides, your constant libelling of me only bolsters my point that your role in this Internet promotion is to harass and expel elements in the forums that interrupt the smooth flow of promotional nonsense. Didn't work with me, did it?
As you say, ROFL.
Continuing with my publication of more Roy Carsonisms from his e-mail service, I believe we're up to April 20, 1998. This is from the time that the ministry of mines was Crystallex's worst enemy and the supreme court was Crystallex's best friend (according to orthodox opinion on the forums). Now the supreme court is out of favour and the mines ministry is best pals. June 11 was the sea change in opinion, of course. Before that date, the ministry was corrupt (it supported Placer Dome) and the court was incorruptible (because it was going to do the right thing and enforce KRY's ownership rights at Las Cristinas).
Word then came (through Carson, of course) that the court had been bribed and the mainstream opinion had to shift to accommodate the new reality. We'll get to that one later.

Carson says judge in hospital
Crystallex International Corporation KRY Shares issued 34,000,000 1998-04-20 close $6.05 Monday Apr 20 1998 Roy Carson, writing in a VMI Briefing e-mail news advisory, says Mr. Justice Umberto La Roche has been taken to the intensive-care unit of a Caracas hospital with respiratory problems. Mr. Carson, a colourful journalist who has emerged as media-shy Crystallex International's unofficial spokesman in the Venezuelan capital, says doctors expect the judge to be released soon, but he will not be able to return to work immediately. The health of supreme-court members is important to KRY supporters because of its impending decision on whether to allow it the right to sue over mineral rights at Las Cristinas 4 & 6. Placer Dome has worked the concessions for six years, but KRY claims to hold title. "As I have previously indicated, it only requires a quorum of three of the five judges to decide on release of any ruling, but it had been Chief Justice Cecilia Sosa Gomez's ambition to have a 5-5 unanimous ruling on the Inversora Mael-Ministry of Energy and Mining case (fourth ruling), to avoid any further controversy on the matter," Mr. Carson states. Mr. Carson has indicated the decision will favour Crystallex-Mael.
