Any thoughts on the possibility that the cancelled Ciena order may have something to do with the ATT/TCI deal? Maybe T is allowing more capital for upgrading the TCI network (coax?) in the near future. If they envision widespread use of cable through TCI network, it stands to reason that upgrades will be necessary.
