Trader H, point well taken on the discount applicable to gov't contractors in the IT services sector. Thanks for the analysis.

With 65% of CGIX revenues commercial (and growing), I can't completely agree with your classification of CGIX as a gov't-focused firm. Clearly the gov't business is important for them, though. That does not seem likely to go away.

I had not considered the implication of the gov't business on the company's attractiveness to an acquiror, that is a very interesting point. But hey, at this price, you and I could buy the company (maybe with some financing from our friends). Does not seem that Dennis has much interest in "maximizing shareholder value" so far though. What do you think?
Cheers.
