I am an investor in hot new technology products, and my most recent interest has been in the area of Universal Messaging services, and the companies that provide them. I follow PTEK (Orchestrate) and GMGC (Portico) quite closely, but just found out that GEMS also offers this service under the heading of "MVP services". Neither company has the broad range of supporting devices/services/sales that GEMS does. Can anyone point me to some posts, or fill me in on this service and how GMES fits it into their product line / sells it to their existing customer base, or through their channels? If anyone has any news articles pertaining to this service in particular these would also be of great help! Thanks! JC
