Thanks Jay, I agree with you 100% to hang in there with MNTG. When everything jells. Were going to look back and say gee I wished I bought more. I do not know anything about the Reno market. I do know That in Las Vegas the local people who live there need a place to gamble they stay away from the strip and downtown. I am sure of Two things. 1. The company knows how to promote. 2. The hotel will have an inviting appearance. It must great having a CPA for a wife free tax advise all year. I am glad they are cleaning up the books. Things are not as bad as they appear for the long term. (1to3 years out) Bob
