Motlink--
I have re- read and believe you are correct on how they are getting to the $200 million. If we use the same formula that we have which is 2.5-3.5 times revenues divided by stock outstanding. We used 3.0 times $100 mill previously to get $300 mill and divided by 30 million shares to get the $10. per share. Now we would be dealing with $600 mill and I don't know the correct amount of shares outstanding based on the JV deal, but I would assume minimum $15.0 and max $20.0 per share. I don't know how a Joint Venture impacts plans to sell the company.
