dwc, According to IR last week LGND/SRGN will resubmit the required additional paper work "the last week in July or very early August". I don't know how that then effects the time clock for approval. The .23 bonus is dependent on Ontak approval within 2 years of acquisition of the company, and is payable by Ligand 6 months after approval The shareholder vote is scheduled for August 12. required proxies are in hand. After reading the 300 page document the only out that I see now that is negative to a prospective purchaser would be the proof of misrepresentation by SRGN to LGND. Current "listed" is .43 with an ask of .48. I have had a sizable bid in all week at .45. No partial fills to date. If any one on this board wants to sell via transfer let me know. I'll be happy to save th 1.6 cents Schwab charges on stock sales less than a $1. J.D.
