Ed, I believe the figure would be more like 27,000,000 or so. We have outstanding convertibles and warrants that bring the total to about 22,000,000, according to Joe Murphy. I think that was before the Edge and I don't remember how many shares were issued for that. With an additional $10,000,000 in convertibles to the new company (I don't know the conversion rate, but assume it will be below market) maybe as much as 5 million, possibly more for Edge and Locus.
