8K filed this am by AXC on Micronet (M) acq. M had fiscal 97 revs of 32 mil, but lost 13.5 mil. But Ed says M has cut expenses this year so he believes M is operating at cash flow breakeven at this point. In addition AXC says it has taken down an ADDITIONAL $14 mil under the 12% deb registration stmt. As usual no specifics on what he will do with it besides acq. Ed MUST have something serious in mind if he is taking more down Let's hope so. Steve
