Jeff,
Good observation, I have seen the same thing. Tax selling will continue until the weak holders are gone, also strong holders looking for a tax adjustment for gains who will position again after the 30 day wash. I am adding to position here. I liked the stock at .06 and like it even better here. The company is in a better position than it was back then. Just think, a million shares at a buck.
