Bloomberg reports that T has stopped testing CIEN's product. There was no cancellation, because there were no orders to start with, although some people I have talked to have used T orders as an offset to slowing sales to WCOM.

The supposed evidence from this, according to Bloomberg reporter Andrew Brooks, is an SEC filing from CIEN last week. When looking for CIEN's filings, however, there are NO FILINGS from CIEN last week. Nor the week before. Something seems kinda fishy. Perhaps Mr. Brooks is getting his sources wrong, I dunno
