Thanks for the info about the SEC complaint department: I just submitted my complaint to the commission. I don't care how LTGL does now. I have personally seen and received info from Spencer that stated one thing while he was 0r had knowledge of the company taking totally opposite action concerning the issuance of common stock. IMO, this is blatant and purposely misleading to all investors. We will see what action the SEC finds necessary, if any. If others feel there are potential wrong doings here, you may want to take similar action. The more evidence, the stronger the case. I can accept the failure of my investment because the company just didn't make it, but not because of fraud. The SEC will determine that. Good luck to all including Spencer! Jeff O.
