I read nothing in the statement that indicated internet gambling other than being able to pay or collect through the internet. Sounds like to me these cards will be usable at gambling sites, on site, but not to gamble on the internet. And note it says nationwide. WINR has already stated since internet gambling was never expected to be a market it s the rest of the world they are dealing with. Swedelo
