Opey: The main reason for the law suit, is because we refuse to accept the reverse split, with new management in CVIA, will be seen has competent, because they have increase the value of CVIA, there is probe that in most cases reverse split DO NOT WORK! and this is the way to prove to the shareholder trust for CVIA.
