Smoking guns...WebFiler and SoftQuad [HoTMetaL] Inc, NetObjects redux. first it was the (NASDAQ:SWEBF) (TSE:SKI) WebFiler Business Unit and now we are confronted with similar 'uncomfortable' feelings regarding the SoftQuad Business Unit...SoftQuad PR apparently feels the NetObjects-VERIO alliance is nothing more than something that ends August 15th...???...We never noticed a SoftQuad-VERIO national press release nor dedicated website viz a viz NetObjects' biz.yahoo.com and netobjects-verio.com ...SoftQuad's VERIO alliance appears to be an innocuous/buried concept within VERIO ... aloofness/finger-pointing/non-disclosure of material information/omissions/...simply are not shareholder value maximization/In Search of Excellence traits...never were, never are and never will be...but are simply smoking guns.
