Leroy,

I know why WE were in the law suit, I too was a part of it. If we are to undo the reverse split, our value will surely turn to crap...... I for one think that now that we've been given lemons, we can make some lemon margaritas!! We are in the dollar stocks not the pennies. Long term picture looks better where we are now vs if we take the steps back. At least that's one idiot's opinion.
