Tim, Being the kitty litter expert that you are I have a question for you. I believe that you wrote at one time about periodic inspections that are done on mining operation by various agencies. When a company, such as Maxam, applies for a permit and subsequently receives a permit as they have just did for their Peoria property are there physical inspections involved in the permit process by those issueing the permit? Chuck
