Richard, and for all
I just received an E-mail from Dale and this is just as it was written.

We can mine on the five acres. The Arizona Dept. of Mines & Minerals does not issue permits. The information I have is that they are responsible for the museum.

The July 10, date referred to the air quality permit in Pima county for use by Cimetta when running our leach test. Cimetta states that they can go ahead with batch leaches as long as it is not continuous.

Refference our Peoria Seven mine site in Maricopa County:

We have all the permits necessary except the air quality which has been completed. We have sent the necessary fee and will receive the hard copy permit as soon as possible. When that is received we will proceed with the paperwork required by the BLM. They will use the mine reserve Audit as the technical resource necessary for the wrap around permit on a mine plan of an enlarged area, this will also include when approved the operation of the leaching system as part of the mining and milling flow chart.

I hope this answers your questions.

Reguards,

Dale L Runyon

I quoted the letter word for word so as to make sure not to add or take away
