Richard, I want to back track a little to refresh my memory and thoughts. There is a special meeting of share holders in Peoria on September 11 to discuss several topics that were recently released. I am sorry if this covers old ground but I would like to hear what your feelings are regarding the issues found here maxamgold.com Peoria is only 211.46235241 miles away from me. I just might take a ride and see what kind of trouble I can get into <g>. It might allow me the opportunity to get a better feel for the operations that are being spun off as well. Chuck
