Don't take anything personally, i just wish you spent more time
finding the facts for yourself,rather than passing along others peoples info.
Derek Allen has done all this work,provided you with sources and means to verify his information...
and you lay the burden of proof on him?
Damn, I don't think he could make it any easier for us!
Being as close and influential to NVID as you are, and as often as you
have enthusiastically extolled the virtues...i'm sure that your followers
would expect nothing less than you to just as enthusiastically and rigorously
investigate the allegations and claims made by Mr. Allen.
Im sure the readers of your newsletter would be disappointed to find out that
an "independent broker with no in house analysts" had surprised you with a post that
you could have easily verified with a 3 minute phone call.
So, my only point is...take the same professional approach as Mr. Allen...
Provide facts not only on the virtues of the company but also on those
tough questions raised by the investors.

I use these forums to share information on companies..not guised as an investor...
as an investor...If you follow my posts on here as well as the other companies I
have postings in..you will see my comments are objective and factual.
Since you seem to be so well versed on my holdings...i am sure you realize
that i would like to make a profit just as much as anybody, but not by
"extolling virtues", but rather by examining the facts whether they be
good or bad.
And to this extent, I thank Mr. Allen for addressing items, some of which
I (and obviously you too!) have regretably overlooked.
And there is the beauty in these forums!!!
So, now instead of trying to find the answers to the same boring questions that continually go unanswered:
ie. Sales figures, Board of Directors,Exact Shares Outstanding, public float etc..
I've got some fresh new issues to address!
