Robert, Thanks for the numbers. I do not know if Runyon will want to spend the $$. He already knows there is no gold/platinum there and why would Chuca buy it with no assays? Very strange situation set up that way to stop and IPM creditors from ever getting at the land unless they put $1M into IPM to pay off the contract. For a scam any piece of land is fine and the black rock has such a cloud over it that a generation will pass before enough people to die and forget it. Still no assays done? Cheap insurance, I expect they are under way as only a fool would proceed without them. Bill
