Tim, I have read that post and others as part of my DD, the bottom line is that it is hearsay and I still have not been able to find a suit against BD stemming from these companies. If your dd consists only of reading what others post then........... As I said show me the facts, in the meantime I will still treat it as ..... Best regards, Probart
