D-man... I'm glad that Nfld is doing so great economically, but I do believe the issue's between E.A and myself, has been who has the right, at present:
1) To access the INCO property or any ...(Ownership in Fee Simple)
2) To mine the minerals that are contained on INCO property...(Bundle of Rights attached to Fee Simple)
3) How was that right obtained...($$$)
4) For what reason a Gov't can expropriate the said property...
5) The costs involved in an expropriation.

The Communist issue I'm not touching, because if one hasn't lived in a Communist regime (as my parents have), one does not know the reality of the consequences...Therefore there's no point in pursuing that issue...
