*********NOTICE TO ALL**********
Blitz is going to post the truth about what's going on here with the lawsuit etc shortly
Heres some mor insight from another thread:
Now imagine something like this...
Previous management of MTEI, selling a shell company to a group of businessmen, illegaly sells millions of unregistered shares of stock just prior to the reverse merge.
Fast forward...
Current MTEI management uncovers the fraud, files a lawsuite against prior management for damages. That same day, a basher shows up on the most popular stock chat bulletin board on the internet. This basher, bluehorse, has enlisted the help of several notorous bashers...In an attempt to manipulate the stock price...
We should probably address why...
Why manipulate the price? Because as a previous member of MTEI's managemet, (now involved in a lawsuite involving the current MTEI management) he knows that he will have to come up with millions of shares of MTEI stock that he had previously sold illegally. Knowing this, his only objective is to lower the price as much as possible in order to begin buying all of these shares back that he will eventually be accountable for through the lawsuite.
To successfully do this, he enlists the help of anyone willing to aid in his cause. All the while, all of these individuals are in direct violations of S.E.C. regulations regarding manipulations of stock prices.
So, what do we know?
We know bluehorse showed up the day the lawsuite was filed, registering to be a member of SI only days before. As of tonight, the only thread he has posted to is the MTEI thread...
We also know that bluehorse is Joe (Gort). As confirmed by Janice Shell, and btw... Thank you.
We know that prior MTEI management sold millions of unrestricted shares to the public, illegally.
We also know that today the SEC suspended trading of MTEI. Did anyone ask why today? The valuations on MTEI's property have been available for over 6 weeks, while the lawsuite information has been public information for 2 days... So what is it? Not too hard to decide why the SEC stopped trading...
There are a handful of people that know the true story here. I am very glad that I'm not one of them tonight. |
