Haven't seen any info either but from the people I have talked to the company is still rock solid. No one can explain the massive drop in the stock price. My guess is the MM dropped the ball and couldn't handle the sell orders coming in. Since TNL switched from the AMEX to
NY exchange little over a year ago my guess is they don't have the most experienced individuals looking after their interests. Just my thoughts....
