According to Hoover's, this company is growing well. Its sales were 40.2 million in 97, growing by 67% from 96. The net was 300,000, up by almost 400%. But Hoovers says that the CEO will reduce his stake from 62% to 37% after the IPO. Does that mean he will sell it and the stock's price will go down???? Also, how does the CEO have a good history with other ventures?
