As T.G. stated earlier, where is the filings for these shares. Before I jump the gun, I would like to see some type of proof that when Spence made the claim of no further dilution, that these shares may have already existed. We should also consider that if he really wanted to, thier could be 120 mil. in the float, rather than maybe 74 mil.
I'm just looking at a slightly positive side here I know, but thier could be a billion shares authorized, but if they never hit the mrkt. It won't hurt us. Plus, if everyone sells now, the MM's aren't just going to sit on them, they'll run it up again if they hold too many.
Again, I could be wrong, but perhaps at the time these shares were authorized, he may have thought they'd be needed to continue business, but since things have been looking up, they would not be used.
Offhand, I can't remember the date of the PR stating no more dilution. Has anyone found the date of these new shares being issued?
