David,
You are 100% correct! These are folks taking a flyer. But consider the current price of RCG and the effect the merger will have and future potential of the new company taking into consideration the share roll back. As I have stated before, as long as this merger transaction is completed, then there is no way you can't make money on this. Trading at .02 cents? Give me a break. Look at all the crapola trading on the VSE at .20+ share. RCG has some great technology valued around $10,000,000 canadian. I truely do not understand why it is trading at these levels. No idea except for the fact that there is an individual or individuals that keeps whacking at the bid causing it to belly-up.
George B. has a large stake in this and as I have said many times before " what's good for George, is good for RCG shareholders". George has far to much time and money invested in this to let it die. His only problem is he needs to make sure he doesn't try to get first in line before any other shareholder. We don't want a repeat of past failure like generex and scitech.

Has anyone taken a look at Generex lately. This was the first company RCG was going to merge with before that deal died. Generex is trading around the $8.00/share level US the last time I looked. That could have been us!!!!!!
Do I think we could get to that level again even with consolidation? Possibly but not probable.
If this deal gets done, then I think shareholders will be rewarded. If not, this is a dead dog. End of story!
