Hello MCRR thread:
I have been a passive follower of SI for many months and have followed and participated in several hi-tech successes recommended by the MCRR (IVDO, ELST, HRGM, BNTI, etc.).
Does anyone in here follow SVSY? I mentioned the stock to Gary G and Madeleine a few months ago for possible inclusion in the MCRR. Gary's response was that the technology looked promising, but that he would need to follow the stock for some time to see if new contracts and/or funding materialized.
It seems a turnaround point for the company is approaching. Very promising news of consolidation funding released today. This stock has remained very low-profile on SI although it has a very loyal (and patient!) following by shareholders who see the value of its efficient, cost-cutting and environmentally-friendly UV-technology for treatment of waste and potable (drinking) water.
Most promising is the fact that conversion of Reg S Debentures, which has stagnated shareholder value in the 0.125 - 0.25 range for several months now, is now complete (due to expire 7/31/98 anyway).
SVSY files regularly with the SEC. Filings are extremely frank, objective and detailed (especially for an OTC:BB company). I would refer potential shareholders to SEC filings for detailed information about the company.
Of course, the extremes of positive/negative reactions to the filings and fluctuations in share price are available on the SVSY thread: Subject 7203
The company also has a very informative Web site: servicesystems.com
I am posting this message here because it seems MCRR subscribers and followers make rational, informed and long-term decisions regarding support for high-tech OTC:BB companies. This results in stable increases in shareholder value and long-term rewards for the microcap companies that deserve investment support.
