RE:I think it is more important to look at R&D dollars at Lambda dedicated to DUV not revenue dollars. I think you will find (if you can) that they actually spend more than Cymer.

If you have the number at your finger tips, maybe you could toss it out and then I'll try to verify. It would save me a good deal of time most likely.
