That is a topic that has and is still being discussed. The interest was in doing things right and trying to save the old money that was invested which would have bore additional burden but it is not an idea that has been overlooked. One problem with that scenario is that it requires the cooperation of the Omega decision makers. IPM already has a deal in place and to allow them to go Chapter 7 would not gaurentee that we would get the property.
