MTEI is being investigated because: Jack kicked Stagg out. Since doing that, he has no way of proving that the land has a book value worth $2.85/sh. Think about it. It's that simple. I was on this thread the day before the SEC stoppage and I was going break this to all of you. But, before I could even get this out, I got my head chewed off so I left. Sorry if this burst your bubble but this is the truth. The lawsuit is besides the point.
