Did you intentionally screw up the form table? If you didn't mean to do that, let me know via email and I can give you a couple of suggestions on how to fix it. I can see a few anomolies in the source of your modifications.

Of course, if you intentionally screwed up the layout in enhance the tackiness aspect, you succeeded. ;o)
