Hello Mrs. Payne: I talked with my broker 3:48 p.. EDT, minutes before the close and he said he is getting an unusually high number of calls asking for IPO shares on Cyberian Outpost. He thinks it may come out tomorrow morning. Then there will be a 30 day quiet period. I am trying to get a prospectus before the close tomorrow. My guess is the offering will be fairly heavily oversubscribed, so I am expecting a run. Thanks for bringing WCAP to our attention. Would you please share your primary methodologies with us? I need to be more of a bird dog -- partly out of pride for original contribution, partly to test how well I can do. Best regards, m
