They decided to buy a shell, ICVI, but unfortunately, they didn't know they were dealing with a bunch of fraudulent, shady people.

As noted many, many times previously, ICVI wasn't precisely a shell. They were still operating the convenience stores. But that's not the point. The point is that anyone can find out a great deal about Christensen and his former business ventures in about an hour online. So what, exactly, was the problem here?

The convenience store assets had been transferred out of the corporation into to CVST without authorization!

Actually, they were transferred to MFRC, as it was at that time. No mystery: they even issued a press release.

All these different names and numbers make you kind of dizzy, and suspicious!

Gee. Do they really? I seem to recall that when jhild and I posted all that stuff here a few months ago, we were laughed at by the "nice" people, and sent threats by the nasty ones.

The questions remain: Why did MTEI choose ICVI? What was Marc Tow's role, and who does he represent?
