On paper HOPR is still viable, but everyone is gone from the office. If Mr. P does try to reopen the store he will face lots of heat from investors. However, if he can pay-off enough to show break even or profits most of us will quietly cash in and disappear. As to bills owing it has been really impossible for me to get any data. I don't know how a closed office can run up big debts like is now being said. (5 mill or so)
