Here are a few of my notes from today's meeting. First off, it was great meeting with and listening to Joe Murphy and his supporting staff. We are in very good hands with these people.

* With today's announcement we will be a 200 million company.

* CyberFax---long hard battle getting this set up and running. Most of the groundwork is finished and is now logging minutes. South Africa wanted one point of origin but this went so well we have added 2 more and are currently working on a 4th. Pacific Rim is a hot area. Currently very expensive there (as much as 1.00 per minute) and the company feels it can move in and establish itself with much more competitive rates.

* Edge---Strictly pre-paid phone cards and going like gangbusters. Revs have tripled since we added them.

* Locus---now over 50 million and growing very fast. Capacity is the biggest problem (if you can call that a problem). Almost as soon as new capacity is added they use it all up. Adding new capacity as fast as possible.

* Locus and Edge will do over 100 million between them. (Locus alone could soon have a 10 million run rate per month)

* Joe seems to be adding companies systematically. They can all be interwoven and work with (and help) each other.

As you can probably tell, it is very hard to talk numbers because they are changing (growing) so fast. More to come later.
