<<It is my understanding that BLM determined that Maxam could not operate their operation on a five acre exemption. Maxam then filed a mining plan for a full blown operation. The BLM has rejected their mining plan on the basis that their are inadequate reserves to support such an operation. I believe that Maxam is working to resolve this problem >> This is what happens when you try to build your own home-grown mine.
