Wow! Two people who've heard of this company! Andrew has it right. AS I understand it, terms of the purchase stipulate that QSIT has to a become fully reporting company. With the recent meetings, I would believe that QSIT is getting their ducks in line to enter the NASDAQ. I definitely want to be in when that happens.
