Richard - Not an American of course, but the 'promising conservative' to me at any rate hardly equates with a child in need or a loved one! A good idea in general, but I would be a bit more broad minded on the political front! Maybe a promising conservative is one who makes promises viz 'contract with America'? Sorry can't resist. E.
